Important:
Domain transfer requires specific procedures to ensure a smooth transition. Follow the guidelines below for an efficient request:
- The transfer request must be made via the email registered in your account or using the available contact form.
- The new user who will receive the transferred domain(s) must be duly registered and have an active plan on the https://registro.rede.social platform.
- After the transfer, users who only have a registration (without an active plan) will have a period of 5 working days to pay the annual fee for the domain.
- For multiple domains and different users, you must send a separate request for each domain.
- Make sure the emails of the current owner and the new owner are registered on this platform; transfers from other email addresses will not be accepted.
- Domains transferred and not paid within the stipulated period will be removed from the user's account and will enter the release process.
To request the transfer of domain(s), use one of the options below:
- Using the registered email address, send a message to [email protected].
- Use the contact form available to make your request.
In the body of the email or form, provide the following information:
- Domain name(s): Enter the domain name(s) separated by a comma, if there is more than one.
- Your full name and telephone number: Provide your full name and contact telephone number.
- Full name, email and telephone number of the user to whom the domain will be transferred: Provide complete data, including name, email and telephone number, of the user who will receive the domain transfer.
- Transfer deadline: Please be aware that the transfer process takes an estimated time of up to 7 working days.
